STRUCTURE   

The president of the NS of CIOFF-Bulgaria is appointed by the founders of  “National section of international council of the organizers of festivals for folklore and traditional arts (CIOFF)” Foundation. He represents the NS in the presence of physical and juridical persons in and outside Bulgaria. He is a chairman of the Executive board. He presides the meetings of the Executive board.

President of the NS is Dipl. Eng. Emil Boianov Pavlov.
